Rochester Public Schools eProcurement
Rochester Public Schools (ISD #535) uses the Euna Procurement platform (formerly Bonfire) to manage all Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Bids (RFBs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). All competitive solicitations are conducted electronically through this system.

Vendor Information - How to Participate in RPS Solicitations
Thank you for your interest in providing products and services to Rochester Public Schools (ISD #535).
Vendors interested in participating in future solicitations must register in the Euna Procurement platform. Registration allows vendors to receive notifications of applicable opportunities, access solicitation documents, submit electronic responses, and view addenda and updates.
Please note:
Registration in Euna Procurement does not guarantee an invitation to bid or award of a contract.
Rochester Public Schools does not maintain separate vendor lists outside of the Euna Procurement platform.
Due to limited staff resources, the Purchasing Department is unable to meet individually with all vendors who inquire. All competitive opportunities are publicly posted through Euna Procurement to ensure transparency and equal access.
Vendors are responsible for monitoring the Euna Procurement platform for current opportunities, updates, addenda, and submission deadlines.

Rochester Public Schools occasionally partners with external architectural or design firms for construction and renovation projects.
Only projects administered by external design professionals are posted on QuestCDN.
All other district solicitations are managed through Euna Procurement.

Public Auction - District Surplus
Items that cannot be used within the district will be offered to the public through Public Surplus, an online auction service. The sale or disposal of items purchased with school district funds must be done in cooperation with the Purchasing Department, in accordance with Minnesota law.
